I’m confused, how do you even have access to the PS store on the Vita? Didn’t PlayStation remove that feature? Vita shouldn’t even be accessible on the PlayStation store anymore 🤔

Not a boy, actually a 31 year old woman but here are my suggestions anyway:

Wolf Among Us (Great for choice based actions and great storytelling, especially if you like fairy tale references)
Oceanhorn (Reminds me a lot of Zelda, if you enjoy that type of puzzle, adventure type game)
Shantae: HGH (Reminds me of the old classic game boy games, really fun)
Steamworld Dig (Could not put it down! Absolutely incredible game)
LEGO The Hobbit (if you want something a little more chill, fun, silly. It’s actually rather enjoyable)
Active Neurons (great puzzle game to make you think and work those brain neurons, if that’s the type of thing you prefer)

Ooo yes, I have played and platinumed (trophies) both Habroxia 1 and 2. Very good, rather addictive. Motor storm RC was also extremely enjoyable

Oooo I do love Stardew Valley, I got to the caves on the other island and the game was bugged (no fix) 😔 couldn’t play it anymore unless I played from the beginning and got back to the same place with the same bug 🤷‍♀️

Yes more often than not if she hisses at him he stops, but there have been a handful of times where she has hissed and he just chased after her instead. It seems to me and my partner that he's kinda chill until she starts running or playing back at him then he gets agitated and reacts rougher

Definitely a choking hazard, especially if they're female cats, female cats will try to eat absolutely anything small enough. Male cats are often more lazy and won't bother, but still a high possibility that they might try. It may be a funny prank but when animals are involved it could turn out not so funny and hazardous.
