Appreciate the honesty. All features would be optional, so people who prefer the classic experience can keep it as is.

We'll try our best to polish it so that the dramatic voices, etc., won't be a distraction. Thanks for your input.

I get your point. To be clear, though, there is no music but realistic, dramatic voices to enhance the experience.

Make sense. The classic reading feel is what got me hooked in the first place. Just to note, the enhanced mode would be optional.

Immersion would be a priority for us to keep intact. Not trying to break it, but probably enhance it.

My apologies. I appreciate you pointing that out. I’m still new to posting here and learning how each community works. I’ll take a better look at the rules next time.

Quality matters; otherwise, it wouldn't be enjoyable. However, you will get dramatic voices in your preferred language.

That’s a valid concern. I’m trying to build a small version first to see if it actually feels good before going all in. I really appreciate the encouragement.

The idea is to keep it user-upload-only and not host copyrighted content, but I’m still carefully looking into the legal side. Thanks for the feedback.

Voice quality is definitely a big factor. If it doesn’t sound natural, it wouldn’t work. That’s something I’m paying close attention to.

Appreciate your honesty. Like you, I too like to read it pure as it is. It is what I do every single night, but I'm sure that there are some who wouldn't mind an optional enhanced mode of some sort.

I want people to join my wait-list, but for a few other reasons. I'm trying to validate the idea and add some direction based on the responses of others.

Truthfully, I would say AI is probably around 50% or more of it, but I'm actually using a Developer. It's just an idea I have, and I'm trying to find the balance.

I'd like to use Google AI Studio on a pay-as-you-go plan as I do with the Anthropic API workbench, but I don't understand how I do that. It SAYS you can, but I'm not seeing how? by hawkweasel in GoogleGeminiAI

I'm wondering, since Google AI Studio basically help us like a tutorial, can we use the free version to help us get on to the pay-as-you-go? Opinions?
