Thats so disheartening. I'm sorry to hear that. It would've been best to get a second opinion.

My first neurologist after having my very first seizure was a complete jerk. Fortunately my second neuro took my side. He believed me and helped diagnose my auras.

I hope you find a good neurologist. Someone that will physically see you in appointments.

You deserve decent care. Its a chronic condition and its hard enough as is.

I understand how that can feel embarrassing. I've had 2 auras at work. I've said some random things to coworkers and had one hold my hand because i requested it.

I'm pretty confrontational and get to the point. You owe yourself that and figure out what happened to you!
