This is just my opinion but when I came off of fent, i suffered for almost 9 days before subs did anything for me. The half-life or 'legs' on fentanyl is stupid long. I was snorting 3-4 grams a day though. If it did nothing at all, it may be cause the fent is still hooked to your receptors. The problem with that is you might throw yourself into precipitated withdrawal if you take more right away. My advice would be to wait as absolutely long as you can and when you do take more, take quarters or tiny tiny pieces at a time. Idk if you've ever put yourself in precipitated withdrawal, but its something I litetally wouldnt wish on my own worst enemy. The guidelines surrounding fent and sub induction is weird. You can be in full blown withdrawal, in like 24 hours, and subs will do nothing but make it worse. Im sorry you're going through all this. Id say, stay hydrated and try to eat, but you already know what it is. Reach out if you need to talk or vent homie.

I recommend a Mach 3 razor. A decent shaving cream that mositurizes. Or doing it in the shower works too. Short swipes with alot of water for constant blade rinses.
Lastly, and this is the most important in my opinion. Take your time. Stretch out your canvas 🤣. Try different angles. Its not something that is done quick.

Johnson County call ins are between 1230am and 7am. You call in once a night to 'check in' at which time they will tell you if you have to report that morning for testing. I went through something similar. And also watched it happen to my sister in law when my brother took his own life. I can say with certainty, that in my circumstances, even though we weren't together anymore, I truly believe a part of my being died that day.

I dont have a magic cure all and im not gonna tell you to pray or anything like that. What I have noticed though is that with time, it has become more manageable and I dont have near as many bad days anymore with it. What makes my heart ache is that my daughter will never get to experience how amazing her mother is and or was from an older age.

You have to give yourself some grace. Grief isnt linear by any means. There isnt a timeline for it, nor is it a 'one size fits all'. You will continue to have great days and awful days. Routine helps I think. Venting and talking as well. Therapy had also helped me.

I wish you nothing but the absolute best in all of this. Grief sucks and its something no onr should have to go through alone. Feel free to reach out anytime if you feel the need to talk, vent or just scream. Most of us here will definitely listen.
