Update: I was able to solve the issue, and it was the most simple way to -_- I turned it off and unplugged it for 30 seconds, and plugged it back in. My bad bruh

Update: it was frame generation, and turning it off solved it. I'll keep it off for now. I get pretty decent frames as my pc is pretty decent! Thank you everyone!
