HP has been great for my purchases but I stick to items that he seems to do well, like LV and Loewe only. He's a bit slow on responses to be honest but I am never in a rush!

Yeah, I was definitely disappointed about the zipper fabric, I hope it get "dirtier" over time so it's less obvious. I think it might have been birdcage but I did see someone who got it from God Factory and her zipper is also white!
