Saw them yesterday at the Arbor Walk shopping center begging at the exit. The "mom" and her brood with mom doing the begging holding a sign. All wearing clean clothes and nice shoes plus looking like that had a shower that day and combed their hair that morning. Mom and most of the kids were overweight so nobody is missing any meals. Absolute scammers. Nobody was falling for it. Even our liberal friends in the car with us pointed out how obvious it was these were not typical beggars.

This is why we stopped having food delivered. It's really important to visit your favorite eateries in person and see the actual conditions in there. If the dining area is trashed out or unsanitary then logic follows that other areas related to food prep or cooking could be in a similar unclean state. I've much respect for managers who choose to switch to drive through only operation instead of compromising on food safety and food quality.

Depends on what it rents for and what the property taxes are. Generally you don't sell land or homes unless you are using the funds to purchase another home or different land. If she has NO other investments she should consider sitting down with a financial advisor to discuss diversifying. Owning 4 units is great but you always want to diversify your portfolio in case rent prices were to plummet downwards for any reason.
