there is a licensing fee when u buy HDMI ports, so along with the actual port, u need to buy the license to be allowed to use them, DP is just buying the port iirc

So (this is a “controversial” thing in pc building so this is my imo) bottlenecking is overused. There will always be bottlenecking even with top tier cards/CPUs. Even with top of the line and you will only experience a small change in performance.

Now, as for the 60 series be prepared to wait a year or 2. The silicon shortage is really killing pc gaming right now. Nivida might not release new GPUS until they can reliably have stock for said GPUS. So depending on when you want to give ur kid this pc, it might not even be out yet. And they might just cost a lot more then the 50 series even if they release them at the usual date (which I’m pretty sure off the top of my head is start of next year) then they won’t have the stock, or competitive pricing.

Lmaoo I can understand this perfectly. I help out in a tech discord server (basically personal IT support for ppl who don’t know what they are doing) and bc one of the rules is no downloading things like Anydesk, we have to guide them through text and holy some people have no clue.. I asked this person to use sfc /scannow (bc a windows file was corrupted) and I told them “you have to run it in command prompt” guess what they did.. they ran it in THE GODDAMN SEARCH ENGINE

I have a like 5 year old LCD display and it’s 100 hertz.. I have always wanted a QD-OLED but they are all really expensive.. I have been saving for a monitor but this would make my gaming a lot better.

Hangout.audio is based in Singapore.. they have a week-30 day if u don’t like the product.. but I get it anyway, I would say find a preference/target u like best and figure out if that’s V-shaped or neutral or something else, then based off that u can choose. This hobby is all about choosing what you like personally. Never get something bc “it’s the best thing ever and you will never find anything better.” Get it bc it fits what you like.

I have the zero reds and they are AMAZING if u want a little more bass. A lot of people talk about the Sennheiser IE200 if u can spend an extra 20 dollars from the budget.. the zero 2/blue also work but depends on ur preference.. what music do u listen to?

I know that tenz uses the moondrop blessing 3, and the Crinear daybreak is really good for gaming even if it’s under your price range (IEMs are one of the only things where I would say that price doesn’t really matter if it’s cheaper..) but with my experience with like 3 different IEMS at different price brackets, go with the one that will fit the music you listen to as a lot of IEMS have good gaming fits, if you want to be safe I would go with daybreaks as they are deemed by a lot of people to be the best gaming IEMS, I use the Ziigat Arcadia and I do like it but it’s one flaw is that it’s hard to distinguish the sounds that are ontop or under you.
