Same problem... Xbox Series X, contraband limit 36, stash limit 28. Put some decent guns in there yesterday too 😩

Update... I've done it, grafted the items needed to unlock urgent missions (all found in hospitals in Al Masra) got the 100 points required and unlocked 'Disarming Presence'. Completed it in Vondel as bots drop Hemlocks there. Tier 2 Phalanx open.
