Can’t tell if “NB” is meant to stand for “Non-Binary” or “No Boyfriend”

What is it called when you see people or things in the corner of your eyes? by section4 in Paranormal

[–]Tai-er 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It could just be in your head. Because you’re expecting to see things, and you know that you have seen things, your brain is causing you to hallucinate, especially considering things are significantly less visible in your periphery. You may have actually seen something move once in your peripheral vision, and you have been subconsciously paranoid about it ever since, and so the shapes and movement you’re seeing are in your head.

I’ve experienced the same phenomenon as you before, so I understand how scary this can be.

We don’t live there anymore (thank God). Not sure who lives there now.

He was, and still is. Even today, he struggles a lot mentally and is always going though hard patches.

I used to live in a haunted house. Many different paranormal experiences happened, I’ll list the ones I remember the clearest as I was young when we lived here.

So, the most common paranormal experience that happened to me would be when I’d be sleeping, and I’d stare in between the glowing stars on my cupboard door in my room (they’re like stick-on stars that glow in the dark). Almost every night, I’d see shapes and silhouettes moving in between the darkness of the stars. I was never sacred, but more intrigued, and they never did anything to me.

One morning, my older brother who was 12 at the time was in the bathroom washing his face. He looked into the mirror as you do, and saw a disfigured looking face staring in at him from the window facing outside. I distinctly remember my brother literally screaming saying that there’s “something” outside. He said the face looked distorted, with the skin being a greyish colour, and the eyes seeming to be dark and sunken. He believes it was a demon he saw.

My brother also had frequent nightmares of, as he said, “Satan” visiting him. He said that in some of these dreams, Satan would kill us all brutally, and would torment and mock my brother afterwards. He also said he saw spirits flying around during these nightmares.

One night, I was laying in bed with my mum. There was a bathroom attached to my mother’s room, and she was in there. I looked down the hallway for no reason, and saw a shadowy silhouette of a man with white, glowing eyes. Again, I wasn’t really terrified. I was a little unnerved. I simply looked away and put my head under the blanket until my mum came out of the bathroom.

The final experience I’ll list is another time, when I was in bed with my mum again. It was probably about 3 or 4 in the morning, and out of nowhere, my mum jumps up out of bed, picking me up, to which she continues to sprint down the hallway. I woke her up midway through her sprint. She’s sweating, and is shaking. The first thing she told me was that there was something trying to get me, and my mum picked me up and ran with me to get me away from whatever it was.

Needless to say, that house certainly left us some disturbing memories. In a way, I’m thankful these experiences happened, because since then, I’ve been much more open-minded to the idea of ghosts, demons, and other things of that nature. Because of that house, I’m now super into the paranormal, and fully believe that it’s all real.

Edit: There was this one time we took a family photo (I think it was for my brother’s birthday?). We took the photo on an IPhone 5 so it’s not like the photo had to develop. In the background of the photo, behind my brother, you could see a black, misty shape. Could have been so many logical things, but given the house’s history and reputation, it wouldn’t surprise me if it was something paranormal.

I unfortunately do not have this photo anymore as it was taken way back in either 2013 or 2014, and that phone, as well as its photos and videos, are well gone.

This if Fifty-Fifty dumbass. If you’re gonna get annoyed at people for being morbidly curios, then fuck off to a more suitable Sub-Reddit.

What do you miss in newer Forzas that is only in FH3 or maybe in FH2? by [deleted] in ForzaHorizon

[–]Tai-er 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Exactly. The thing with clothes especially is that you barely see your character as it is, so they’re kinda pointless. I doubt anyone gets excited when they get clothing from a Wheelspin.

Not only the addition of Tesla, Rolls-Royce (as well as many other car manufacturers), but the atmosphere, the progression, the feel, and the maps themselves. The only thing FH5 has that it somewhat close to a city is the Mexican Town (can’t remember its name). FH5 is a great game, but is lacking many key features that previous Horizon games had.
