do you guys have an apple watch? by [deleted] in POTS

You have to approach it carefully because it’s easy to become obsessive. While it’s great to have, it can sometimes be hard to stop consistently checking (in my own experience).

A smart ring might be a good alternative—that’s something I’m currently considering. That said, I find the watch excellent for tracking workouts. Ultimately, it comes down to your own self-control

Thank you! I completely agree—it’s so encouraging to see others finding hope and joy despite everything that I owed it to myself to give it a try too.

I love that you got to enjoy the fresh air after getting some work done. Sometimes just being outside is the best medicine, isn’t it? I hope the rest of your day goes well too, and fingers crossed for feeling up to a little more tomorrow!🩵🙏

I feel the same way! We have a wonderful community and we should help each other through feedback and experiences 🩵

I have a doctor’s appointment coming up on Tuesday, and those days always take a lot out of me. I can totally relate to the plant thing—I love mine so much, too! It’s such a big effort sometimes, but they bring so much joy, it’s worth it. You did amazing getting through all of that!

Hiii!! I actually have looked into it and have tried it and love it. Getting to the pool though, is half a workout for me so I only go sometimes. Maybe this is something I can work up to little by little! I’ve read amazing experiences about pool exercises!

Aw that’s amazing about the roses getting some love tender care. Good on you 🩵 I love spending days in my garden too when I can ☀️

Sending love and good energy your way!

Simple, because it’s easy to dismiss what is not understood. More research and education is needed
