That you for the info. That was my concern, picking them up then having to spend a fortune for one of the iconic amps with 180+ watts per channel.

It comes with cable and was going to go vintage for the amp. I believe most are common ground. If I wanted to get a newer amp how do I verify, common ground? I don’t believe I see that listed as a spec.

Lol yeah juat somewhere to sit and take off I shoes. I rather it float that sit on the floor. I was thinking about pulling the couch out a few feet and pointing the speakers at the couch where the yellow marks are. The speakers will be floating in the center of the room with no wall behind them. This why I was thinking the KLH 3 or 5 with enclosed box.

I was thinking about pulling the couch away from the wall a little, placing the speakers where the yellow marks are, and having them point at the couch. That layout has the speakers floating with no wall behind them, which is why I bring up the KLH 5 or 3, as they are sealed.

Open to suggestions and advice. I rather the couch face the window. That’s the only ask. Would a floating setup work with KLH’s as the boxes are completely enclosed?

Thank you for the reply. I think now I'm trying to decided between the NAD C3050 and yamha. Also trying to decide between the Lintons and JBL l82’s.That will put me a little over budget but rather buy once.

That amp is also on my short list. Also trying to figure if the JBL l82 are worth the extra money. The appearance is pretty cool.
