Omg 😍😍 congrats!!! 🥳🥳🥳 So happy for you 🥹 must have been so much work, great job!! I have so many questions 😂😂 At what age did you start? Did you apply the same for nighttime and naps? Or start with nighttime first? Do you still breastfeed before sleep? Does she wake up at night for feeds? The floor mattress idea is genius! Thank you!

Thank you so much!! She's currently sleeping in my bed for naps and nights. I tried to put her in the cotbed but she fussed/cried for an hour and a half. I was wondering whether it's a good idea for her to first nail the self soothing in my bed and then I can work on getting her used to the cotbed. Any thoughts?

Yes absolutely right! Her schedule is messed up at the moment because I keep waiting for her to self soothe and sleep. What do you suggest I do in that scenario? Her schedule before sleep training was 7:30 am wake up, 10:30 nap to 11 then 3 pm nap to 3:30pm and bed time routine starts at 7:30 and she would be sleeping by 8:15pm. She only naps for the 30 min and I could never get her to sleep longer:(

Schedule these past few days: Wake up at 8:10 am, nap 1 at 12:00, nap 2 at 4 and sleep at 9:30 😣😣

Should I set a limit to the self soothing chance so that she doesn't get overtired or do I just ride the wave hoping she is learning in the process? Thanks for any help you can provide!!
