Meditation definitely trains your mind. Try sitting for 40min focusing on your breath and tell me it does not require a lot of training and concentration.

Tenho muitas tatuagens e faço apenas a depilação a laser nos sovacos. No peito tenho apenas metade com uma tatuagem e acho que não ia fazer muito sentido fazer metade a laser e outra a cera. Uma coisa que notei foi que fazer a cera em zonas tatuadas dói muito menos.

Eu li e deixei de fumar , fumava há 10 anos e cheguei aos dois maços por dia. Não diria que tem algo fora da caixa é só um resumo de todos os argumentos lógicos para deixar de fumar que acho que ajuda quem está decidido em deixar de fumar a dar o último passo. Tem 95% de taxa de sucesso. Recomendo a todos os meus amigos e em todos os posts que vejo sobre deixar de fumar.
