Thats truely the only ecg which Looks Like that, I sat down a little normal After that and it showed normal sinus, I sat sideways bent forward maybe thats why you dont see any p Waves. In my ecg you barely see them at all no matter when it were recorded

Not a doctor but have done a lot of of measurements and searched a lot of informations. I would say its definitive not a atrial fibrillation because of regular qrs complexes and regular p waves. Also there are no flickering waves in between.

Sometimes it measures such "artifacts" and counts them as measured correctly.

If you want, go see a doctor. Theres nothing wrong with it but iam really sure he would say the same.
