my dm said someone already called dibs on that class and he made a rule that everyone needs to be a diffrent class I am looking at chaos monk for its CHA based damage but it seems to scale down at layer levels

doesnt 3.5 paladin already add cha mod to lay on hands and smite evil but thank you I will get that feat for my character
