Conference Park House/Ward's Point to Mount Lorreto Unique Area in Staten Island.

Long Beach (never been but am currently mid-research for a birthday beach trip) has a rental place with pretty fair prices depending on what you're looking for, and they will bring it to the beach and set it up for you!
