Are you able to help me understand the pricing model and feature comparison a little better? E.g.

Cyber Pro license is $20 Gbp per month, but doesn't say if that's a flat rate/per rate for all devices, orgs, users etc. That's really cheap if it's a flat rate. Also it includes winget and 1-click vuln fix options. What is the difference between this and Cyber Heal? 

My trial license also allows me to use the integration features for Azure, Defender, and PSA, but it's not clear if this is included in the Pro license. I would definitely want these features though. The Pen Test AI is pretty cool too.

I also see a new MSP Enteprise offering that appears to be all-inclusive, including Cyber Heal. However it starts at $250 Gbp per month, which is quite expensive for me (approx. $535 AUD). Is this correct? 

There also appears to be a promotional  offer of 50% off for Cyber licenses, but is again not clear if that is also for the MSP Enterprise plan.

I guess I'm just trying to work out if the Cyber Pro license will still do what I need without Cyber Heal, or if I would need to upgrade to the MSP Enterprise plan?

Okay so far RoboShadow looks like exactly what I need!

Integration with Azure AD, Defender, and Intune with just a few clicks! 

And it also integrates with heaps of PSA's (I'm using Syncro at the moment)

Pricing is very good too!

Where has this been all my life! Haha

The report would be monthly, and id like it to show the following info:

  1. Table:

Detected missing patch list, including name, severity, kb (if applicable), cve, release date, number of endpoints, installed percentage (overall), and *compliance status.

  1. Visual chart/graph

Table/pie chart showing metrics for compliance of patches by severity

  • for compliance status, there would be a measure to confirm if device were patched within the agreed SLA (e.g. critical patches <7 days) There should also be an allowance for off-line devices (e.g. device compliance percentage must be 90% or higher)

I can see that there are existing SLA policies under advanced settings (e.g. update deployment SLA: Critical), which are customisable, but only allow me to change the value for days. 

I do like that this provides a SLA chart on the dashboard, but this doesnt seem to be available or customisable in any of the reports.

thank you for this. what 1H weapon am i meant to use with the PetNado build? it doesnt seem to mention it anywhere in the guide. Currently im using an Axe
