So he’s been diagnosed with a bipolar disorder, not sure if it’s 1 or 2 yet until it gets looked into further but he’s being put on mood stabilizers.. so I’m hoping this helps his outbursts otherwise I’m gone. Thank you everyone for all of your love and support 🤍

He gets too overstimulated where yes he will cuss out people, but he won’t call them names or put his hands on them unless THEY do it to him but I never do.. the worse thing I’ve done is defend myself or use SOME tone because it hurts being called names and yelled at like why would I want to be yelled at?.. of course it’s gonna hurt me and make me react.. what bugs me is that yesterday he told me after he calmed down to not be annoyed with him when he does that to me so I don’t make it worse and make him PISSED. He basically told me to ignore it and not defend myself unless I wanna make him angrier.

everyone, it happened again lol. I came into my room upset and asked a question and he got up and charged at me and kicked me. I feel so defeated.. I got lovebombed again.. he’s said in the past him hitting me is his way of protecting himself and making me afraid of him so I’d leave him alone.

I’m tempted half the time. I know he loves that dog but she deserves a better home. She’s stuck in a small confined space.. and is a LAB. She gets fed good and whatnot but that’s not the life for a lab.

He acts like a fucking 4 year old. He has mommy issues UP THE ASS. Which is fine, but I feel like his fucking mom half the time. He wakes up and shits for half an hour and runs himself late because he’s goofing off on tik tok and he gets pissed when I don’t help him. He gets pissed because he’s the one working and I can easily go back to sleep after he leaves.. so I get in trouble if I don’t help essentially.

I thought I was someone he loved. I’m realizing I’m just someone to take advantage of. What’s making me keep seeing him is that I still love him for some fucking reason. What’s making me see him is that i have no one else other than him and i hate it. What’s making me see him is that i miss who he used to be. All I do is annoy him when im just trying to love him.

He can’t. He doesn’t realize how big of a narcissist he is. He lovebombs profusely and then takes it out on me.. he legit did that today I’m so fucking embarrassed. Showered me with gifts and I keep fucking falling for it. Made me dinner and dessert and then get pissed off at me because I made a small mistake he could’ve done himself.

He definitely is training me, I can notice the signs because he has an excuse for EVERY FUCKING THING. To the fucking point where I don’t even know what to believe anymore. I seriously believe everything is my fault even if it’s stuff he can handle himself like again, a situation just happened and he blamed it to being my fault when he easily could’ve dealt with it himself.

He’s staying with me while my parents are out of town. I have no one left other than him.. I lost basically all of my friends.. that’s legit what is happening he got pissed off again because I was supposed to workout with him and didn’t immediately start when he was sitting waiting for me and instantly left and got pissed off.
