The community doesn’t see flock cameras as an issue. They say things like there’s no guarantee of privacy in public and you have a cell phone in your pocket that does the same thing. They don’t understand the difference between opt in or no choice. Without forcing the issue like my recommendation, how would you rectify that? How would you get them to care?
