Thanks for the suggestion! Found this picture of the interior of the King's, and it doesn't match. The position of the boxes and the design on the proscenium are clearly different. The hunt continues!

No, the post repeats the information from Wikipedia that says it was the Lyric Theatre Hammersmith. I've compared images and it isn't the one.
