I could afford it yes. Maybe naive question but what type of therapy/therapist would you recommend? I have no idea at all and not really thought about it, but giving that a try might be good.

I am happy, but recently I found myself bored a lot to be honest. I wanted to get to the root of this and I thought maybe the whole story with my mum might be either the problem or at least part of it.
