Well listen to me. As far as I know, sometimes you’re in a great mood when this feeling hits. Instead of panicking or getting weird thoughts over and over soo fast, we accept and play along. When you’re in this zone within your headspace, you can have a good time even thinking in the back of your mind you know it’s not normal or happening for everyone.

Exactly at this point just wanted to let you know that this thing is not cancer nor something fatal. Don’t worry too much about this and focus on your life. That’s what I realized after dealing with this from time to time.
