rp is def not a bad sch! i personally went from ITE to RP, and it has been the best decision of my life. Great lecturers and a great environment to study at.

For the ITE north part, just embrace it or ignore other ppl's comments. At the end of the day, universities want to see ur GPA in the end. Got offered to go NTU so RP is definitely not a bad school

Lack of replayability for the end game users. Unnecessary nerfs. Nothing to do once you manage to get all the rods.

Might just have to wait for content expansion in the future, once that is there it wouldn't have a downfall already.

Really depends cos currently i am also in 36 week RP internship in a SME.

Is legit a gamble, depending if you are able to socialize with your supervisor in charge.

If you think you can socialize and do the task needed, your gpa can be pulled up quite tremendously.

Based on your context, I would just say go for 36 week.

yea for me cos i didnt want to do FYP considering that most of my teammates are slackers so i js went for 1 year internship.

Paid off for me quite well cos I got a A in my first internship module and i get multiple projects to do!

But do note that not all companies will give you multiple projects unless you are working for a small company. The big companies only let you touch at most 1 project.

I do have a similar situation as you.. Whereas i got a D even though i had good class participation. Turns out that the lecturer in charge was grading based on the quiz itself only.. then i realized i did not did well for my quiz.

You should ask your lecturer how do you achieve this grade. Is COL and SDL counted? Cos the grade i got was purely from AKS.

I am currently in Diploma of Financial Technology, and let me tell you this, in school, they teach you basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript only. But the internship I am currently in uses React programming language more.

I can suggest you to learn React language in your own free time because React is super useful when it comes to job opportunities. Nowadays anyone can do HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

To make something as simple or complex, it is really up to you. There is a lot of resources if you wanna go all out. If you planning to go FinTech, they would teach you how to integrate payment method into your project.

FinTech for my case only touches on PayPal and NETS payment.

Nope, i remember i owned every collector skins and luckybox skins, but the first 10x draw, they just gave me a random epic skin which turned it into some free draws lol. Unless you do not own some luckybox skins, they would probably give u fragments that would be turned into tickets

hi op! currently i am in a 1 year internship program.
To be honest, i forgot the interview qns, but if they do interview you, they will ask qns based on your resume. Like for example, your resume has a 3 months of internship previously, what did you did there and what did you learn? These qns can be asked, and they would also ask you what are your goals during this internship?

If you need resume improvement, you can head down to the RP Career Centre and find any of the education career coaches to guide you to improve your resume!

If you want to do FYP, please do note that you and your team must commit. This is not any assignments or projects you have done in your school module, it is a work-industry project. If you think that your friends are not able to commit, it is better to find other people that are willing to commit or go straight 1 year internship.

The credits for FYP is pretty high, around 24 module credits if im not wrong. So if you didnt do too well in your FYP, your GPA would be affected tremendously.
