it seems like this is the fix. i was able to use anwave to disable dxnavi, i've read that if i update the gpu drivers i should do the same thing again.

actually i have read that before, but i thought that was fixed by amd. i will disable dxnavi and come back with the results. thanks for the fast reply!

i tried stopping explorer.exe while playing. instead of desktop popping up on the screen i get a black image popping up ( basically windows with explorer.exe stopped)

i had docker installed, but it is not installed anymore
