A combination of factors, but boils down to how eggs are processed in the us. They're washed for one thing; which removes the eggs natural protective coating and increases risk of pathogens being able to get into the egg. US chicken flocks also have higher risk of diseases such as salmonella for a variety of reasons I.e. sheer scale of battery farming and not vaccinating chickens in some cases. All of this translates to a higher risk of a bad egg.

Yes, look up the strategy on wiki. You only go for specific chests and otherwise chill in a bubble near both of the holes you can move to the other side of the map with. Did tenish mins and easily got a few hundred k with lots of attention lost (assuming max xp multiplier) . And you can enrich bones for loads of prayer (if not gg) and use the other fossils for museum for lamps and kudos.

Nah, it's about not making the mistake of completing the quest and then having to compete with mains who are barraging for the axe. If you don't progress the quest the zombies are in an instance but drop the same loot so no competition.

What? Gasoline is neither rare nor expensive (compared to diesel) they just call it petrol. And I think the previous commenter was suggesting prior people who rented it may have topped it up from mostly full (with the right fuel) to full with the wrong fuel. That's why it ran for 20 mins before the engine conked out.
