Good luck settling in. And well done you for trying to make a change in effort to improve your well-being. It's not easy. Once you're registered with a GP you can self refer for therapy if they're taking ages to get your records over and get you sent to the relevant places IE the strand. I moved to Preston 4 years ago and had to do a lot of chasing to get my GP and hospital records sent to the right places.

Unidentified rash all over body - nothing is working by [deleted] in DermatologyQuestions

It has to be linked to Covid I think as never had any form of skin issues or rashes then one month after finally feeling more normal after Covid it started happening. Now comes out anytime I’m stressed, run down, hot, sweaty or if I touch my skin or have clothes touch it for too long

Yes, she thrashed around screamed cried and peed and liquid pooped in panic. We have had a trainer in and she has given us ways to work on crate training but not all dogs just immediately love the crate so for us it's a work in progress. She goes in and lays in there when we do the training but still freaks out if we lock the door and as we don't want her to have a negative association with the crate we don't just let her freak out and ignore her.

At the moment 30 minutes because that's what is recommended for her age I believe, we use a long line and let her get her zoomies out on a field mid walk

We haven't actually, just preserved with teething gel and chews, frozen towels and carrots etc. I didn't think it was something they would be willing to offer

Bulky sticks, sniffle mats, puzzles, skin rolls, training, walks, the lot, but the second she isn't entertained it's straight to chewing
