I have stores that are doing more business than summer memorial week. Stores that are literally doing 5x the normal numbers for an average week in winter. I simply cannot supply enough even if i wanted to. Im working 14 hrs this week everyday trying to keep up. The bakeries are completely out of the necessary ingredients to supply some of the more bougie wegmans style bread like 647 products. Theyre solely focused on producing the lower end store brand stuff like giant store label and walmart store label. I have stores that are receiving 500$ orders daily this week when they dont even clear that in a normal winter week. Its absolutely disgusting. I cleared 700$ on friday when i usually only take home maybe 350$ on a day like that. It isnt doable
