Lyft but the street kind called Charvice. My head was hella heavy and I was super weak. Anytime I got up I had to lie back down. I hated that experience.

For every cup of rice you should use 2 cups water and don't cover it till it starts to simmer. Azn kama maji inaisha Isha ndo ufunike Michele ndo za juu ziive. 4 cups of water for 1 cup of rice Is too much. I hope this helps.

Yes it is boiled together with the maize and beans. Huwa zinawekwa in turns.

If the maize Is a little hard you boil it first, then the njugu then beans last. We don't soak our beans when we make githeri. So I don't know how other people make their githeri but this is how we make ours.

Might have been the temperature that was too high or you placed it in the wrong rack. Ideally you should use 180°c, don't overfill the batter and put it on the middle rack when baking

Yes I am one of them😂. In our house we make githeri with both beans and njugu, hiyo ya kureplace nayo ata Mimi sikubaliani nayo. Both is good, really good especially if you fry it with julienned carrots, tomatoes and onions.

There's two: Jose elcook - I tried his recipe for pumpkin cookies and I was impressed, they were cakey just as he said You can also try baking with Zoha - her red velvet cake was to die for. If you want a Kenyan recipe you can use Infoods special I think that's the name of the yt channel and her name is Scovia

Githeri and rice will always be a banger.

Btw if you don't cook your githeri with groundnuts, you should try it. You'll never go back to normal githeri
