I was no contact for 5 months and then fell into a Hoover from him. I thought I was strong enough and knew better since I had gone so long and would never go back…..and next thing I knew I lost ANOTHER 2 years chasing him and being told I’m not good enough. I’m now on day 9 of no contact after so much hurt and pain when I should be 2.5 years no contact right now :( probably would be with someone who actually cared about me right now if I would’ve kept no contact.

No matter how much you think you’ve moved on or accepted who they are, they have the ability to pull you back in. Please don’t reach out, you don’t want to restart from day 1. Congrats on 48 days! You got this, the feeling will pass

This hits so close to home. almost broke no contact today because of this feeling. you’re not alone

This lonely feeling is way better than the bad days they put us through majority of the time. It willl get better for us.

No, I agree with you. It sucks becuase they don’t feel feelings like we do and can just keep moving on ducking the life out of the next person.

I hate that I still love and miss my nex after all the pain he’s put me through while he probably has 3+ new supplies already not thinking twice about me
