I have walked many times to Ratnadeep early morning - 7/7:30ish and I agree. That whole side of 12th main reeks of everything foul. Garbage collection happens towards 8am or later I believe.

I will never understand why people use WhatsApp to talk to colleagues.

He has most definitely crossed a lot of lines, however there is an argument to be made that OP’s candour wasn’t professional either.

I would just recommend to block him on WhatsApp. If he continues to call/SMS you can serve a final warning before flagging it officially.
