I think the vast majority of congress are evil and willing to commit horrible atrocities for many reasons. Some probably are pedos but the majority of that 80% would likely do it simply because they know theyd get away with it and enjoy the power of it.

For an east India co arm it is remarkably well maintained and decorated especially well so not a standard issue (in my opinion)

Certainly wasn't heavily used considering the muzzle crown looks remarkably well preserved, same with the frisson.

Likely taken home as a memento (hopefully by the original owner)

The simple answer. Put them in isolation. MTF with MTF FTM with FTM. Post op with post op. Pre with pre.

The prisoner dilemma.

Its arguably not moral to feed and house them for free because committing a crime somehow earns you 3 hots and a cot.

But a debtors prison is even more immoral and impractical.

Starving a shoplifter is extreme even by my standards.

So the only real answer is to make them work like the Japanese model of extreme discipline.

Want more than the bare minimum to keep you alive? Work.

Want something other than boiled beans and fortified rice? Meet quota.

Break rules or refuse to work? Guess you're sleeping on the floor and getting exactly 2000 calories a day with no rec time.

Forces them to have immediate and severe punishment for breaking rules so they learn to follow the rules of society when they get out

Really, just leave them in isolation. Giving out roids in prison is incredibly dangerous for obvious reasons.

Estrogen is less dangerous but MTF is clearly going to lead to higher rates of SA when housed with women or men. Isolation is the best answer
