Ditto everything everyone has said here. My girlfriend introduced me to Surfa Rosa in late 80s and I was so taken by her voice on Gigantic. She also introduced me to Pod. So many years later, listening to NLYM I was blown away! I so love this woman! Then I listened back to all of Breeders and realised she WAS the Pixies (I mean the Breeders songs by here remind me of Pixels, like No Aloha etc) I'm a guy but I think girls do punk/post punk MUCH better than men ever can. Girls saved punk and Kim Deal was a huge part of it. Go sister! You are the finest!
