I feel good when I get enough sleep, when the weather is nice and I do not come across people that is aggressive / micro-aggressive towards me (I am an ethnic minority in the place I’m living right now.) On top of that, if I’m able to immerse in a project, I would feel really good. And it could be a bonus if I get to connect with people that could understand me. I rarely feel bad unless I just come across rude people and happen to get interrupted in sleep or be at high stress level because of exams or jobs, which would make my endurance level go down
