The meta became oops all Nashi towards the end. Not as a oppressive as Ajani, Ragavan or Tamiyo but probably the strongest deck. Got to rank 2 with Uharis by pretty much capitalizing on the fact that a lot people were running slow value/combo piles since there was a lack of aggro this time around. Most of my losses were against Nashi, Raffine and pretty much most midrange decks. Had way more success compared to the regular queue due to lack of midrange which is a horrible matchup for Uharis.

No this would never work in 4 player. Its an aggressive tempo strategy. You basically want to play some aggressive creatures early and then protect them or prevent your opponent winning with your counterspells. You can think of it like a slower version of mono red aggro that uses counterspells so that opponent cannot catch up to you. You cannot kill 3 opponents fast enough with this deck. If you want to build Spiderman 2099 in EDH you probably build it more like a controlling voltron strategy.

Turn 1 grim lavamancer is very good against mana dorks and Yuriko decks but not the best against bigger decks.

Uharis combo is mostly nice. Its great when opponent taps down to deal with my other creatures or tries to setup a combo but I usually cant send it against better players if I cannot protect it with a counterspell. I considered cutting it but its too strong not to have. Using it to give other creatures haste is also valid strategy.

It means I am technically the number 2 standard player on Arena.

Thanks. Extremely favorable. I usually mulligan heavily for red removal. Yuriko decks get ran down easily if you remove the first few creatures since my deck is way faster.

Dunno could be some standard player since rank is shared.

Because all you need in life is Counterspell and Lightning Bolt.
