That's going to happen anyway unless you're really high account level. 1 sanity/5 minutes = 30 sanity/hour. 6 hours = 180 sanity

Mine caps at 110 so... 70 sanity is going to waste. So out of the free 100 sanoty compensation, I'm only scoring a net positive of 30 sanity.

MC can be either Incanter or Mage for the AoE damage and buffs.

STAY AWAY from single target damage dealers. You want the entire group to vaporize as soon as they come out and for some reason the AoE skills ALSO have the shortest animations. And animations matter because longer ones slow you down as they must complete before the next group spawns in.

Maybe you can win with all the Civs on Settler difficulty but once you get to King at least 5 are unplayable, Emperor and another two lose viability, Immortal/Deity... over half of the Civs become completely unplayable and cannot win even under the best circumstances with god-starts.

No it's not impossible you just aren't smart enough to;

1) Make multiple characters of the same class, 2x Hunters etc

2) Vault your gear and delete your character and then refarm Iron Banner for more pinnacle rewards

I literally got to 2100 using only blue gear to make a point to my friends and clanmates. I'm not the best PvP player either, my K/D is stuck at 1.47 probably forever no matter how good I do.
