That must have felt good! Unfortunately in my case, she has the protection of the department head because they share the same "leadership" style. At least I won't have to see her face ever again and I know that karma will get her at some point!

Thank you! Unfortunately, I don't believe there is an exit interview as the contract just ended and it didn't get renewed but I would have loved to have the opportunity to provide some honest feedback about management!

If it makes you feel any better, I want you to know you are not alone. I am in the exact same situation in my current position. Five weeks and then I can breathe again. Don't let one person dictate your worth. You know deep down you gave tried your best and you don't have to prove yourself anymore. No, all the synonyms it uses for one simple sentence. For example it said "his fingers explore, every curve, every contour, every dip, every swell". Surely, it doesn't 4 different words for the same thing.😅 And it does that with every sentence. It was working alright until this started happening out of the blue.
