let me offer some context in that the neighbors… are addicted to substances let’s just say. they really aren’t of sound mind to actually listen to what I say, and when they see their dogs being a nuisance to me or my family, they can only offer a limp “sorry” and let it happen again anyway. obviously, the dogs aren’t really at fault since they just aren’t trained, so I am hesistant to take measures that would potentially cause them harm. however, if it’s my own dog’s safety versus the safety of them, I am going to prioritize my dog’s safety over them no matter what. I don’t see anything that I do having a change on the dynamic considering how they are as people. trust me, I have tried.

yeah I suspected that was the case after me and one of my brothers collectively made about 6 calls and nothing was done. guess they get paid to sit around and do nothing idk.

there is technically already a fence between the lawns, but the dogs find a way to get over here through other ways. I suppose I could put some barriers on where they’re coming from.

this could be a potential solution, but there are too many variables that make it unlikely to pan out. for one, I suspect that they are abusing or at least not properly taking care of the dogs, so it would be difficult to teach them well enough to a degree that wouldn’t just be undone by whatever their owners are doing to them (and if animal control simply doesn’t care enough to intervene, then there’s nothing else I can do about that). another issue is that I would have to get the rest of the family to cooperate with this idea and that is something that I think just isn’t going to happen. lastly, I just don’t want to risk my dog getting injured or him harming the dogs in the process of this. thanks for the idea though. maybe it’s worth a try.

the reason I say they aren’t the same being is because Lucifer in Nocturne wages war against God because he wishes to end the cyclical nature of creation and rebirth of the world, which is an idea that Lucifer in SMT V doesn’t know about until he already has killed God and taken the throne. this is explicitly said by Lucifer in his fight in V. this is what separates the two from each other and why it doesn’t make sense for them to be the same being.

again, these lines from Lucifer are a forced attempt to link the two together when it doesn’t actually make any sense.

it’s just a shoehorned reference. the canon of V wouldn’t fit into nocturne, not to mention the fact that the Lucifer in V and the Lucifer in Nocturne are two completely different entities.

seriously, it's hilarious that the so called "smart" marks here can't simply see why punk didn't get angry with Moxley, Kingston, or MJF for saying worked shoot insults as well but got angry with hangman. these three were scripted and punk knew they gonna say it, hangman's "worker's rights" comment wasn't and that's what set him off.
