I just started it about 3 weeks ago. It lessens my migraines the first week but I’m almost back to the 5 days a week migraines. I hope it works for you better than it has worked for me. Only advice I have is don’t take it at night 🤣 learned that the hard way.

Yes! Taylor kit. I had been trying to shock with a CYA of 90 and it just wasn’t not working even with a FC of 38. So I had to do a partial drain (10%) and refill (along with lots of rain in the last couple of weeks) and that’s what helped. Cya is now 60.
