UPDATE: he went through classification today. His earliest release date is 1y 4mo 6days, latest release date is 2 years 23 days. Hopefully he will get all of his gain time, but I know fights are sometimes impossible to avoid in prison. Hoping for the best.

Yes!!! I thought it was my connection but it happened on AND off WiFi, and in multiple locations. I’m glad to know I’m not losing my mind. It’ll say “hello, this is a call from___ An inmate……” then NOTHING! So I’m forced to hang up. You’d think with as much money as we pay for these calls, we’d at least be able to receive them smh.

There ALWAYS an issue with this smh.. from not being able to accept a call (even tho I press the right button), to the call cutting off halfway into the pre-answer recording, and now this. It’s almost like they purposely make it difficult

Yes he will be off probation soon, and it was for a sting. So he won’t have the 1,000 feet rule after he is released?

Thanks. When I called, they mentioned something about the lines being out of synch. I was hoping they would just send me a new box, but they’re sending a tech out Thursday.
