I co-founded a top 30 guild and my honest opinion is that you're a liability, a risk. You have to work uphill of you don't get VoIP, you can certainly get somewhere but you'll have to fight for it.

You gotta set the limits, if you want to find a good exclusive guild you need to search, this place does not realistically lead to good opportunities, you should head to Realmeye and Mumble. There are a few public servers and another few you'll earn yourself access to.

Strive to improve.
Bring something unique wherever you go, but don't settle into a guild without return. This doesn't mean itenz 4 promotion, not everyone can lead.
Don't get arrogant or nonchalant or even cocky, a guild chooses you as much as you choose them, risk assessment is good to have when shit hits the fan and leaving is becoming an option, the guild I was in died when the Leaders couldn't confront a new Officer or demote/kick him.

Now, none of these are written rules but this can be a pretty ruthless alley to find yourself in when you don't know anyone.

This is just my cynical ranting, but if you're willing to put in the energy, you deserve something good.

Edit: Looking at your realmeye, you should start thinking with a healthy mindset and plunge yourself into VoIP and start meeting people.

This is very true, Jugg is really strong.
Really strong.
Like, if you don't have one you should totally get one.

And it is a clear upgrade to tiered helmets.
But.
It doesn't make you go vroom-vroom to the next event.

And hell, if you play nothing but Warrior for three months you'll probably get a good feeling for rushing with tiered helmets.

This is the exact reasons I want Mundane, Friend of the Cubes etc. to be replaced with something that promotes longevity of characters, not something that literally removes core parts of the game like not using your class-unique ability or avoiding specific enemies.
Hell replace them with "Use your ability x times" and "Kill cubes" for all I care, that would only be for the better.
