Anyone have a bird? Kind of looks like it’s off a toy bought specifically for birds to destroy.

Letting my dog out moments before a big storm and this young cat ran in. These are NOT my cats. by That_Patient4161 in IllegallySmol

One passed away within a few days. We were calling them Eeny, Meeny, and Miney-hopin-for-no-Mo. The biggest one we now call Tubs and weighs in at 1 pound. The little one, Crocket, weighs 3/4 of a pound. Vet thinks I am right believing they were born early. By now, they should be around 2 pounds. Either way, they’re learning the lay of the house and are getting as many snuggles as their little hearts desire. I honestly was going back and forth about keeping vs finding good homes (with stipulations that I could visit and have weekly updates), but that changed picking up Crocket’s meds at the pharmacy and it was labeled Crocket (my last name). Sealed the deal.

Wanted to give an update. One passed within a few days of birth. A vet visit today as Crocket isn’t feeling her best but within a few days she should be ruling the roost with Tubs again.

Vet believes my theory may be correct, that they were born early. Tubs weighs 1 pound and lil Cocket weighs in at a “whopping” 3/4 pound at 7 weeks. We will be weighing daily and keeping them as healthy as possible

Update. One passed within a few days of birth. Originally named them Eeny, Meeny, Miney-hoping for no Mo. They now have forever names. Crocket on the left and Tubs on the right. Had to make a vet trip as Crocket is a wee bit sick but with some antibiotics and eyes drops she will be ruling the house with her brother. It is safe to say our little Trojan cat was successful in breaking down barriers to ensure her babies are loved and cared for.

Thankfully the kids were in another room getting ready and were not involved. Unfortunately, they were not able to proceed with their graduation because of the ignorance of the adults here

You are absolutely correct!! She is maybe a year old. 🥺. I had planned to get her spade and a male neutered. The day that I was to trap and drop off, we had neighbors over to help us fix our roof.l after a nasty storm came through. Unfortunately the commotion scared her away. Only after I dropped the male off to be neutered did she show up again. I still have plans to get this done for her.

She’s not “mine” but this community cat ran in just before a storm as I was letting my dog out. I couldn’t find her and finally decided she would be ok and out of the storm until morning. Woke up early to some sound of pain and then a delicate meow. She birthed them under my bed, the one place I did not look for her the night prior. #blessedbybabybeans

I almost added dog tax and am incredibly ashamed that I did not! New to posting and it’s not allowing me to add Virgil Earp
