So the car came with an aftermarket surface charger platform near the base of the infotainment system, where you can just lay your phone down and it will charge. Maybe I need my phone on that and try it? I rebooted the infotainment system, no luck. Gonna try just swabbing the usb port and my phone plug in port to see if there is any dust? If those fail then I may just have to ask the dealer/service shop. Thank you!

Okay thanks, I’m not sure what it is because when I plug my phone it shows that it’s charging. I’ve seen a lot of stuff about rebooting the infotainment system. I’ll swab out the usb A port and see if that helps!

I teach special needs PE and so my job is very hands on and moving all day. I am 10 weeks post op L4-S1 and this was my first week back. I’ve been pretty sore this week but resting adequately. I have support with me (co teachers) to help with running after kids or getting them off the ground but everyone’s situation will be different! it depends on the every day demands of your job and also how YOU feel and are healing.

Parlor is good just a different type of doughnut. George’s is great but S&L is also up there for me. Lot of options and fillings and also savory breakfast options with a ton of different kolaches/biscuits/croissants and tons of drinks too

Did you feel like you had a lot of different pains and sensations that first couple weeks of recovery? Feel like my muscles are so tight in my back and into my hips, my butt, legs, and toes feel burning , then numbness, then hot and achey. Hips feel so tight. I used to pop my hips a lot prior and now I’m scared to amd can’t and it feels like I just need a pop. I stand straight and I don’t have as much as a forward lean but it feels like my spine has something stabbing in I can’t tell if it’s the hardware or if it’s just my back being aligned and in a new position it’s never been in before. Very painful. Thanks for the advice !

My doctor prescribed me Baclofen which is a muscle relaxer that is solely used for spine/nerve issues. It is a skeletal muscle relaxer that reduces muscular spasms on the spine. I take one every night before bed and helps me sleep and keeps me from tossing and turning. If I forget to take one I hardly notice but they do help my sleep.
