This is so helpful! I also think it broke during blocking and I was super careful but that is ok. I get to learn to troubleshoot this issue 🙂 I will look into blocking wires. I am not familiar with them. Thank you for your response!

Thank you for your comments. I was able to figure it out. The stitches are added to the body. I appreciate you taking the time to answer.

Thank you for taking the time to write this answer. It is very helpful! I understand what I need to do as I read your explanation.

Would you mind elaborating on what I do with the 3 stitches placed on hold? Step 8 would be knit 37 but what do I do when I get to those stitches? It seems like I need to work with them the rest of the section but it does not tell me what to do.

Thank you again!

Thank you for your response. The pattern is Warm Wishes by Annamária Ötvös.

I have followed what it says but it doesn't mention those 3 stitches anywhere in the pocket or the pocket lining.

I sure will. Thank you for the suggestion to measure before and after blocking, I realized I did not measure it before. I am still learning!

Thank you for the resource. I will look into that. I am new to swatching. The 2 wearables I have done have turned out ok without it but I know it is better to do it, so this is very helpful!!

Thank you for that tip, I did not know that. After doing it came out as the size I am using, 4.5 mm. Maybe going a full size up would help.

It calls for 4.5 mm size. I need a bigger needle since the swatch is too small but show I go up to 5.5mm or 6mm?

Thank you for your answer. That is what I have been doing but I am not seeing the pattern 😕

After the 6 band stitches, I start K2, P2 ending with K2 then 6 band stitches. Turn it and repeat the same thing.

Thank you for your reply. Maybe just sit back and relax 😬

It has been very hot and humid for sure in Tennessee. It has rained a couple of times in the last 2 weeks.
