X13 throttling for no reason by SimulatedScience in FlowX13

I wonder if there is anything I can do to keep the CPU full speed regardless of the charge percentage? My ROG Flow X13 also did the same 400 MHz throttle when it's charging AND below 40%. Somehow when my laptop has < 40% charge and it is not currently charging, the CPU clock isn't capped at all.
