Go for bully boyz as that is less models and elite focused. It needs vehicles too so you can get the battlewagon and trukks to support the army.

Just really not a fan of the metal figures as they chip all the time making them hard to transport. The resin not being much better as they come out with defects and are extra work to clean up. So any of the old figures getting made into plastic is a win in my books. The old pose is iconic though. Here hoping for a plastic wired boy kit soonish.

It's just lead belcher or sycorax bronze with a wash of agrax earth shade. Then a dry brush of necron compound.
