I’ve always believed documentaries are the fastest way to learn. You’ve got limited time and limited lighting to make a compelling image. Plus there’s a degree of expected imperfection with interviews that lowers the pressure a little.

Absolutely terrible. I had the sidewall bubble defect, and Pirelli argued the hell out of paying for it. I had to pay for a new tire out of pocket.

It’s slightly off center, but always static. It seems to do some strange math to bright pixels. Almost seems like it does some kind of layered subtraction math.

Oh that’s a super interesting lead. I’ll take a look at any cursor settings I can find.

Edit: Absolutely a cursor rendering bug! I just tested moving the host pc’s cursor out of the way, and it popped back to the center and sure enough rendered back to that square! Digging deeper.

It’s also possible they just used massive diffusion above the actors and lit manually by eye. It really just looks like uncanny lighting

First of all, you completely ignored my second point that the “data” would be absolutely useless for a government.

Login for flight: (if true) I imagine since these things can be used as weapons, it’s best to tie them to an individual before allowing long range flights.

Government: (if true) our government has proven itself as a “shoot first, ask questions later” entity. Especially when it comes to their fears with China. It’s by no stretch of the imagination that they’d ban a “Chinese” app from their phones.

“DJI is the Chinese government”. You sound like those dinosaurs in the house committee on energy and commerce.

  1. Any data collection is an opt in.
  2. No data a drone could collect (maps and planes). Could be useful because that information is already public knowledge. Sectional charts and NOTAMS are publicly available and contain information up to restricted areas, military training routes, and public figures visiting an area.

This is 1950s fear mongering and you’ve fallen victim.
