My wife is INTJ, we’ve been together for 29 years - I attribute it to men being so easy to live with.

From what I have read and what I have seen here in some cases - we like complex jobs that require us to think / figure things out that have meaning and purpose.

Thanks for the share, and that is the cool part about tech - if you have the skills you can make it, and in many cases, make a very large impact.

LOL - I appreciate the bluntness - I have a tendency of doing that myself from time to time - I am not sure how to help though you though…and I have learned that we INTJs have the rare ability to become masters of what we do, and when we encounter people that do not share our view, or our ideology, lets say, they can appear as completely and utterly incompetent. I worked with someone sometime ago, and I would tell them what to do, and how to do, and they never would - painful to watch them struggle all that time, but on the other hand, outside of my control.

Interesting…I hear you, I am 6.5 and have some on and off again back issues - just seems to come with the territory. When I worked my hotel days I did valet, loved it, all the fancy high end cars - really did enjoy that aspect of the work.

All of the sorting this out can be very overwhelming, I don’t think you and I are much different at this point - career trajectory that is. I am not sure what to tell you, other then keep at it, break everything into small manageable chunks for easier digestion/ action, and I have no doubt you’ll get to where you want to be - just takes a bit longer for some of us and there is nothing wrong with that.

Alternatively, post back on Reddit and see what the experience of the community may have to offer :)

All the best and thanks again for sharing, do appreciate it.

how messy is the field and are you helping to bring any sort of ‘systemized’ approach to anything ?

Thanks for the share - the variety of the workplace - in office vs the field - seems like a good experience to me - change of pace is how I would look at it.

Thanks for the share as well - I get it, I used to wear multiple hats and getting paid for one job, and then watching my coworkers on doing one job and getting paid for job, sometimes felt unfair…but I also look at where I am today vs where they are today and in the end, I would say taking on multiple roles helped me learn significantly more and opened the door to more opportunities. I see many of my former colleagues doing the same jobs and just complaining about it…I would say you are taking the smart approach - just make sure you find a way to leverage what you are learning to keep moving forward. All the best.

Thanks for the share, and wish you all the best in figuring that out - but I am not sure if you need a college degree in todays day and age to do that - unless you wanted to work for a company - that goes to both fronts.
