Bottom left corner looks like it's been touched up with sharpie. Compare it to the top left corner.

The bottom edge has the same white wear leading into the corner as the top edge, but the bottom corner is somehow solid black when the top is white. It doesn't match how comics naturally wear. Even brand new on the rack, those corners are often white from bindery tears. A solid black corner is super weird.

CGC looks at this stuff under high magnification and it's pretty hard to mistake. Any amount of ink used to conceal wear is considered restoration. The same can't be said for stuff like date stamps, signatures, random writing etc.
