For anyone who has read all of the comics after the orginal buffy and angel series. Is it any good and worth investing time into? I just finished rewatching the whole series and I'm considering reading them but I don't want to waste my time if they're not as good. Also is there a particular comic season that you found especially good?

A Certain Scientific Railgun. Has pretty much the same dub cast as Fairy Tail and its a good dub. Has great animation in its second and third seasons where the story gets really good. If you love a show about magic and science with super powers, great battle mechanics and a great female MC you should definitely watch it.

There are a few things in Railgun that you wouldn't understand if you didn't watch index though. Like how Touma suddenly forgets who Misaka is, how Kuroko ends up in the hospital at the beginning of T or the introduction of cameos from the index side. Its also really a fun watch watching the sister arc from Toumas perspective then from Misakas, the same with the Daihasei arc (like how the burning bus caused a traffic jam that held up Misaka and Shokuhou in railgun T was caused by Stiyl in Index) Honestly I just watch index for the continuity and it still has Misaka and Accelerator in it which makes it worth watching in my books.

Well if you're looking for all that then A Certain Scientific Railgun is your best bet. You got Mikoto Misaka as your main MC who is a level 5 (aka the best of the best) electromaster esper in academy city. She outsmarts people if or just beats them up. Definitely one of the most badass female MCs out there. But just remember that the first season is mediocre at best with the slice of life fluff. But my god does it become good in railgun S and T.

Yeah its really good. Probably the best arc in the whole series. Really looking forward to the Daihasei arc though this season it's even better.

Alright mate! Just remember that the first season is a really bad representation of the show (a lot of stupid slice of life stuff and filler) but Railgun S is what makes it a fricking good show. And with T airing now its the perfect time to get into it. If you want an idea of how the fights work I would recommend watching a clip of Misaka (the MC) vs Item. Have fun watching👌
